Stride Strength


This runner-focused program blends leg and core-specific strength circuits with mobility work and short interval sessions to build power, resilience, and speed. Designed for all paces, it's the perfect winter training complement -enhancing performance, developing functional strength, and helping prevent injuries so you can run stronger year-round.

Learn to Lift


Learn to Lift is a small-group program that teaches essential barbell movements -squat, hinge, push, and pull- with clear coaching on setup, technique, and progression. Each session blends skill instruction with mobility and strength work to help you lift with confidence, move well, and build a solid base for long-term progress.

Love to Lift


Take your lifting to the next level with focused powerlifting techniques and structured progressions. Ideal for those who have completed Learn to Lift or already have a solid grasp of foundational strength movements. This small-group program dives deeper into barbell training with an emphasis on the primary powerlifts. Coaching is hands-on and technical, helping you refine your form, build strength safely, and progress with confidence smashing your personal bests! Each session includes targeted accessory work to support heavier lifts, improve movement quality, and enhance overall performance.
