Healthy Change


Healthy Change is for women living with or at risk for developing health issues that could be improved through lifestyle changes. No matter your stage of life, this program empowers you with tailored group exercises and lifestyle strategies to help you become a healthier version of yourself. In a small, supportive group of 6, you'll enjoy a progressive plan that blends personal coaching with a variety of engaging physical activities. Each week offers an opportunity to try a new form of exercise, making fitness enjoyable and helping you discover new ways to move your body. Our goal is to help you see exercise as a source of joy, motivation, and lasting change.

Aging Actively Plus


Stay strong, steady, and flexible with a fun, safe fitness program. Aging Actively Plus is a small group class designed for those looking to maintain vitality, independence, and ease of movement for years to come. Enjoy easy-to-follow strength exercises, gentle cardio, balance work, and stretching at the ALC - an open, quiet, and accessible space that's perfect for moving comfortably and confidently.

Ideal for: Older adults who want to stay active, improve balance, and move with ease.

Learn to Lift


Learn to Lift is a small group personal training program designed to teach you the essential techniques of weightlifting in a supportive and structured environment. Whether you're new to the gym or looking to sharpen your form, this program focuses on mastering foundational movements like the back squat, front squat, deadlift, and bent-over row.

Each session combines technical instruction with targeted mobility and strengthening exercises to help you move better, lift safely, and build a solid foundation for long-term progress.

Ideal for: Beginners or anyone looking to improve their lifting technique and overall movement quality.

Love to Lift


Take your lifting to the next level with advanced barbell technique and training.

Love to Lift is the ideal next step for participants who have completed Learn to Lift or already have a solid grasp of foundational strength movements. This small group personal training program dives deeper into barbell training with a focus on technique, progression, and performance.

In addition to refining lifts like the squat, deadlift, and bent-over row, Love to Lift introduces more complex Olympic-style movements such as the clean, jerk, and snatch. Coaching is hands-on and technical, ensuring you build power, speed, and coordination while lifting safely and effectively.

Ideal for: Lifters who are ready to go beyond the basics, improve barbell technique, and challenge themselves with more dynamic movements.
