Healthy Change


Healthy Change is for women living with or at risk for developing health issues that could be improved through lifestyle changes. No matter your stage of life, this program empowers you with tailored group exercises and lifestyle strategies to help you become a healthier version of yourself. In a small, supportive group of 6, you'll enjoy a progressive plan that blends personal coaching with a variety of engaging physical activities. Each week offers an opportunity to try a new form of exercise, making fitness enjoyable and helping you discover new ways to move your body. Our goal is to help you see exercise as a source of joy, motivation, and lasting change.

Stride Strength


Unlock your full running potential!

Stride Strength is a strength training program designed specifically for runners - blending functional strength training and proper biomechanics to enhance performance, prevent injuries and promote running longevity. Our approach goes beyond the basics, targeting muscle groups critical for propulsion, stability, and endurance. With personalized coaching, progression tracking, and small group sizes, you're part of a supportive community where personalized attention is key.

Women and Weights


Women and Weights is designed for those who are new to resistance training. The program's goal is to increase confidence, strength, and knowledge in a gym setting. With a small group size, we foster a supportive community focused on mastering foundational exercises, proper technique, and gradual progressions. This approach leads to both physical improvements and the development of a positive, empowering relationship with strength training. Each participant will leave with a strength training program geared to their needs, abilities and goals that they are confident to complete on their own.
