The Cartaking Physical Fitness Assessment tests general levels of fitness based on general fitness standards. General physical fitness tests are used as an entry-level standard to determine whether someone is qualified to perform essential tasks for the job. The Caretaking Fitness Assessment will resemble and test the physical challenges required to perform the job.
