Bisons Learn to Skate II - Ages 8-11 - Sundays

This program is ideal for beginner hockey players, ringette players, and recreational ice skaters.

Participants will learn:

  • Forward skating
  • Stopping
  • Starting
  • Turning
  • Backward skating

Lessons combine movement-oriented activities and games to encourage fun through learning.

Participant Requirement:
Children must be able to stand independently on the ice without assistance.

Required Equipment:

  • CSA-approved helmet

Recommended Equipment:

  • Full face mask
  • Thick gloves
  • Pants
