The Physical Ability Requirement Evaluation (PARE) is an occupational test that measures the essential physical capacities to perform satisfactory police work. It is used as a hiring requirement for various law enforcement agencies. Confirm with your hiring agency which standard you need - 4min 45sec, 4min, 5min 30sec. To complete your registration, you must email the following completed forms (PAR-Q required PLUS either the Physcian's Release or the Medical Clearance) to occupational.testing@umanitoba.ca a minimum of 4 business days before your appointment.
