Ride the Mini U Bus!

Need a ride to Mini U? We will pick you up.

Buses will leave promptly at the time specified online at https://www.umanitoba.ca/mini-u/services. If your child is not on the bus, they will be marked absent. Children registered for the bus must ride the bus, unless a note is sent by the parent/guardian.

Buses will be supervised by a Bus Rider who will meet you and your child at the pickup/dropoff location for which your child is pre-registered. Please note: some bus stops will not have leaders if the bus is travelling to 3 or more schools. Pickup and dropoff times are approximate and can be affected by traffic. Adults are required to show photo ID when picking up. Buses will leave promptly at the time specified. If your child is not on the bus, they will be marked absent.

Upon arrival at the University, the Bus Rider will bring children to the busing bleachers located in the Max Bell Centre. Group Leaders are assigned to meet the children at the bus bleachers and take them to their groups every day.

Upon departure, Group Leaders are assigned to meet your child at their camp and bring them to the busing bleachers at the end of the day. Bus Riders then take the children to their bus. Once the bus arrives at the dropoff location, the University is no longer responsible for your child.

Pick up and drop off times listed are approximate and based on typical traffic. Buses will be running at full capacity.

Important: The Mini U Bus is a transportation service only. It is not a camp or program. Children must be registered in a Mini U camp or program at the University of Manitoba to use this service. Registering for the bus alone does not mean your child is enrolled in a full week of camp.
