Build strength and flexibility in your core to improve your posture and balance. Learn to stand taller, move with more stability and engage your core in all activities. Focus is on the quality of controlled movements and sequences that will benefit and challenge not your body but your mind.
Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management
All sport and recreation programs at the University of Manitoba are managed by the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management. We operate the most comprehensive sport and recreation facilities in Manitoba on two separate campuses.
Our sport and recreation programming supports the interests of U of M students, staff and the greater community of Winnipeg. Our goal is to provide healthy active living programs for clients of all ages and abilities.
