These high energy classes will teach you how to have fund and impress on the dance floor! Whether you are a novice or an advance dancer, these classes cater to both partner and individual dances to improve awareness and coordination, cardiovascular endurance and your confidence on the dance floor.
Our classes promote progression and development for both beginner and experienced participants. Depending on the discipline, participant will learn take downs, strikes, self-defence and joint locks. These programs focus on muscular strength and endurance, core, flexibility, concentration and cardio, while providing an opportunity for athletes to advance to higher belts or levels.
